This limits their time in receiving the benefits of hospice care. The patients' physicians were not a huge contributor in providing information about hospice. This may conclude that the physicians have a limited voice in providing information about hospice. Most family members could not recall why they chose hospice but later realized the benefits after they used hospice. They appreciated that a chaplain could be available and services of what to do after the patient passes away. This survey was done with only one hundred people and three hospices so results could vary but results were consistent with other interviews done in the past. This interview concluded that hospice patients were enrolled not soon enough and information between physician to family member and patient was not very
