Exercise such as running is good for your health since it helps you to get fit, strengthens your knees, bone mass and most important, running makes you happier. According to two studies published in 2012 by the Medicine and Science in Sports & Exercise and the Journal of Adolescent Health Moderate: "Exercise may help people cope with anxiety and stress even after they’re done working out". With "just 30 minutes of running during the week for three weeks boosted sleep quality, mood, and concentration during the day". And all these statements from above are also applied exactly the same to animals. All animals need exercise; fish need to swim, dogs need to run and even hamsters runs on their spin wheel. If animals don't exercise, they could get bored and develop behaviour problems. Therefore, it is good for animals to get involved in sport such as racing. However, everything has its downside. So, is its really good for animals do racing?

The most common sport that involves animals is horses racing. Horse racing is a wholesome, entertaining sport that allows horses to exercise. To have the best condition for the race, racehorses are fully feeding and trained.
