“Studies show that police are more likely to pull over and frisk blacks or latinos than whites.” Police cannot suspect someone of a crime or an offense by their race or physical appearance. This national problem will never go away even though we the people propose logical solutions. The law enforcement doesn't obey the steps they're taught to search somebody. The officers aren't using their intelligence they have been violating the people’s rights.
