George Washington’s leadership skills, financial support and military help from other countries, and the colonist’s spirit effected the American Revolution greatly because:
George Washington was very brave and could stay under control in tough situations. He was also loyal to his friends, family, and the American citizens. He was also very trusted by his troops which made him a great leader to have in the war.
The Americans weren’t given very much help until about half way through the war, and this help was given from France because if America won the war then it would be beneficial to France, since France and Great Britain were enemies.
