Roger Sherman had an influence on the United States of America by being a delegate to the 1787 Philadelphia Convention, he was one of the two people who proposed the Three-Fifths compromise, he proposed the Connecticut Compromise, and was a member of the Committee of Five. Roger Sherman was a lawyer, politician, judge, and diplomat. He is the only person that signed the Continental Association, the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the Constitution.
