The Mongols were a group of nomadic people who created a vast empire that spread across Eurasia, the Mediterranean, and to the Pacific Ocean. They were known for their skilled horseback riders and for hunting and herding livestock. Living in felt-covered tents, they would change their campgrounds based on the season. In regards to their military, the Mongols were renowned for possessing expert archers who were deadly accurate, even on a horse.
