How do you identify opportunities and difficulties faced by team members?
Answer
I do this by being very visual with staff in the office and observing their tasks and paperwork completed. This is also highlighted in supervisions that I complete with staff once every month and team meetings which take place once per week across all projects where we can come together and discuss as a team therefore being able to gain input and feedback and suggestions to any particular member of staff that may be facing difficulties or opportunities.
