In the World, there are many types of diseases, both fatal and otherwise, that have effected human life in manners most are able to comprehend. As time excelled, scientists have discovered multiple types of communicable disease such as HIV/AIDS, Influenza, Malaria, Polio, Tuberculosis, and Hepatitis. Each of these diseases have an immense impact on the human resource function, as each effect employees in manners of getting worse themselves or spreading it to his/her fellow co-workers. And although they can get treated, it causes the worker to be less productive in regards to producing goods and services.
