Though some may argue that Odysseus is a good leader and did everything he could to ensure the survival of his crew, his negative traits outweigh his positive traits. Although, Odysseus possessed traits such as intelligence, resilience, and determination which helped him navigate dangerous situations and make difficult decisions, Odysseus overall undermined his leadership with his lack of transparency and self-centered decision making.
