I have 2 questions regarding life events configurations that I hope the group can advise me on.
First, are we going to have life events that Allow Enrollment before a life event date? This can be set in Meridian. On confluence, it states that this function will “…allow enrollment to take place for future dated life events. This could be used for new hire events and affects future evaluation date.”
Second, which life events will KCC like to require Administrative Approval (Documentation) or auto-complete after being initiated? This can be configured in Meridian. If a Life Event does not fall into these categories then it will be set to Requires Confirmation (Standard), where Employee (MAP/Compass User) must confirm/complete
