I was told that there would be no problems with my order (regardless of my account balance) and the cables were being delivered by Sunday. I was over joyed, but at the same time a bit concerned (The rep, didn't seem quite confident in what he was doing, or saying but, he continued to reassure me despite the overwhelming odds that my order would not go through. He asked me to make an order on 1/1/16 for $42.30 and than after the order was made, he said he would expedite the shipping at no charge so that I would receive it on time. When I came home to visit my father for the holidays, I purchased a mount to put it on the wall for him (as you can tell from my order history).
I live 10 hours away from my father because I am a college student. I was scheduled to leave on Sunday and arrive at my destination by 6 am on Monday (today). Instead of leaving on Sunday morning like I had originally plan, I spent the entire day waiting on the HDMI cables for my father. When it did not arrive (even after being told it was still being delivered), I had to leave my father's home, extremely upset, at around 10 pm (driving all through the night).
I normally do not drive through the night due to the risk of an accident resulting from fatigue of being up all day and driving alone for 10 hours all night. Luckily I made it to my destination; however, not on time and extremely exhausted. After arrival, I now had 20 minutes to prepare for an interview for a Nurse Internship Opportunity I was applying for next summer which would help pay for my last year of nursing school because I have no other method of paying for my last year of college.
