RE: Training Seminar

Dear Mr. Dittmer,

During the month of December 2014, preferably (if possible) the 15th; Broadworth General Hospital will be scheduling/hosting a two-hour training Seminar from 0900 to 1100 or 1300 to 1500. The topic for discussion will be based on -- sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination in the workplace. Consequently -- if the date and time(s) are suitable – we respectfully request Wydade Consulting Services to provide a (instructor/trainer) subject matter expert(s) to provide this well needed and very important guidance. The training seminar will be attended by approximately twenty (20) hospital and office supervisors. The area where the seminar will be held, is the conference room on the 1st floor (human resources conference room); the administration suite. I’ve also made arrangements for the Hospital’s cafeteria to provide appetizers during the fifteen (15) minutes break (that time shall be designated by your instructor/trainer).

We’ve (Broadworth General Hospital) enjoyed a 20 year long relationship with your Consulting Services and are looking forward to an even longer work relationship. Your services, along with our zero tolerance policy(s) against “sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination in the workplace.” will prove vital to the success of our mission.
