The first is the Egyptians that would build their cities along the Nile River. Once a year the Nile would flood leaving behind rich soil to plant their crops. The population of Egypt would go up because of the large food supplies. The people of Egypt started building Pyramids and Monuments to their pharod. They also started to build other thing to show the greatness of their people. Later, the Sumerians started to build their own civilization along the Tigris & Euphrates Rivers. Sumerian created organized religion with the Priest King at the top of the chain. They also build Temple warehouses to keep food for a rainy day. Finally, the early Indus people build two great cities along the Indus River valley, Harappa and Mohenjo-daro. This cities were built with the citadel in the center and home spread around them. These cities were advanced for their time. They had sewer systems long before the cities of Europe. They also had temples to gods in an advance
