Hydrostatic Equilibrium
Hydrostatic Equilibrium is the process that makes a sun a sphere. The gravity of the sun pushes in while the pressure of fusion is pushing out causing a balance between the two. This will start when the nuclear reactions begin. This will continue as long as the star can maintain a fusion reaction exherting pressure outward onto the gravity pushing inward.
Fusion
Fusion is the energy that essentially powers the sun. Two atoms fuse and some excess mass is left over which will be made into energy. These two atoms are hydrogren to create helium. This can happen to a few elements, the order goes Hydrogen, Helium, Carbon and Oxygen, and then continues on until you get to much heavier elements like Iron and Nickel. Fusion can also create elements heavier than Iron! The heavier the element, the more massive the star will be. A main sequence star will stop fusion and gravity will compress it. Compressing all of it will make it very hot and thus will allow Helium to be fused into

The mass of the star is around 60 times our sun. Sher 25 is 25,000 light years away from our sun and has a temperature of 22,000 kelvin. It's speculated that Sher 25 is approaching the point of a supernova. The patterns of matter it has given off resembles a previous supernova. It is also unclear if it shifted into a Blue Supergiant from a Red Giant, or just became it directly from the main sequence. However, assuming it became a Blue Supergiant from the main phase. The first ten million years the nebula that would eventually be Sher 25 would condence and shrink until a protostar is formed. As this condences, it quickly heats up and fusion can take place. The star has now reached a main sequence star and likely stayed this way for around 20-50 million years. It then most likely turned into a Blue Supergiant. Sher 25 will stay this way for a few hundred million years ( assuming that it's not going through a super nova
