Immigrants not only bring a variety of cultures and races, but also a welcoming atmosphere for those looking to start a new life with a touch of familiarity from their original home. Sectors such as health care, business, sports, science and technology, arts and culture, food service and Canada's future in general. Their skills, talents, and expertise are just some of the major capabilities that they contribute. An increase in our population also means more people paying taxes, which helps finance our public service. They fuel our economy with their hard-working labor, and Canadian society sees that as they put in effort to help immigrants find more jobs. Many organizations in Canada mainly focus on supporting immigrants, helping them settle in a foreign country, sharing the education system, and assisting in finding a job because one of the most important fields that needs more people is the labor market. I’m not an immigrant, but I’m the daughter of two immigrant parents and I’ve seen how much they’ve contributed to this economy. My father came to Canada to mainly escape the war in Vietnam, but also to start a new life. He was able to get an education here in Saskatoon and he helped sponsor his dad to come too and now he works for the city as a drafter for water and sewers. My father also helped my mother become a Canadian citizen and settle into a new country. There are many organizations and communities that help
