This paper will discuss implementation plan to provide effective file management, accurate and functional markup code, and effective and functional navigation. The development team plans to implement Microsoft SharePoint. The SharePoint web site will apply usability best practices and principles. The site allows page content to be organized and professional. This will organization will employ effective navigation with integrate multimedia. The internal, external, and anchor links on the site will ensure the user will always have a place to proceed to directly. Finally, the team will demonstrate the plan for testing.
Kudler Microsoft SharePoint
Technology is only a tool, but to be able to build a solution that people are going to use and creating that experience to engage users. The Kudler’s SharePoint site is a web site that provides one stop shopping platform for all members that have access to the site. It is a central storage and collaboration work space for documents, information, and ideas (The SharePoint & CRM Blog, 2015). Kudler’s SharePoint site will be utilized as a tool for collaboration by all departments and staff. This platform allows all members to work together to contribute to one objective. This type of collaboration effort allows members to discuss ideas and review documents or proposal (The SharePoint & CRM Blog, 2015). Also, a SharePoint site can help Kudler Fine Foods coordinate projects; manage calendars, schedules, and announcements. The collaboration helps the organization to maintain one consistent file to be manipulated by multiple members.

Project Description
Kudler Fine Foods requires the ability for all employees to collaborate on projects within the organization.
The challenge is to create a collaboration tool that is conducive to the organization that allows employees to meet in a virtual space.
The impact of this project will allow employees of Kudler to manage their documents from creation through to archiving so the organizations can implement a true “single source of the truth” strategy within a compliant and managed environment.
Measurable Organizational Value (MOV)
The goal of this project is to implement a Microsoft SharePoint portal for Kudler Fine Foods to facilitate collaboration and growth of the organization.
The greatest value to Kudler Fine Foods is collaborate efforts and streamline projects so the company operates more effective and efficiently.
Project Scope
This project will deliver a SharePoint Portal that will be help streamline the efforts or Kudler Fine Foods.
What will be considered outside the scope of this project is any upgrades to systems since Kudler just upgraded it’s information techonloy infrastructure.
The development team will deliver a Microsoft SharePoint Portal that will be accepted by Kudler Fine Foods and implemented.
