Equality 7-2521 goes to the council to introduce the lightbulb to them. When Equality 7-2521 introduced the lightbulb to the council, Collective 0-0009 said that the light bulb must be destroyed. So, Equality 7-2521 takes the lightbulb and runs to the forest. Equality 7-2521. The first day in the forest was a wonder. He realized that there is no street sweeping and no bells because he is free, and he can do anything.
