Unlike me, Nia is a strong-willed learner. She uses Sequence, Precision, and Confluence as first; however, her Technical Reasoning is use as needed. She is straight-forward and determined person. She knows what she wants in life and she is much focused. Unfortunately, as a college student she does not use her critical thinking skills as requested by the instructor. She loses her sense of self that makes her feel overachieved and she rushes right through an assignment without rereading it. She neither doesn't learn nor accept any feedback from the instructor or her peers.
