InTASC standard nine means to me that being a teacher is an ongoing learning process and a teacher should be always open to learn new methods and skills. A teacher should never stop learning, and should continually seek resources to develop new knowledge to provide students with meaningful lesson. Teachers should continually reflect on his or her practice to provide students with the best education. To grow and improve professionally educators should evaluate and reflect on their practice and be able to recognize their strengthens and weakness and the areas that needs to be improve.
