I was able to use my skills and research Excel and social media to paint a different picture of the client and bring up evidence which pointed to the actual perpetrators. I am a person who does not take things at face value; I am very analytical as well as logical. These aspects of my personality, as well as my hard work and dedication, changed how the attorneys working on the case viewed the client, which resulted in the attorney asking me to investigate further. The attorney working on this case would ask me to review any new evidence which presented itself and trusted my opinion on the case. All of my hard work on this case, and the attorney's trust in me proved beneficial to the client and resulted in another individual being connected to the crime, and our client being found less culpable. Another case I worked on surrounded a client who was also charged with murder.
