It all started with a stellar nebula. Then an average, main sequence star. After being an average star, like the sun, then it will enter the stage of a red giant. After becoming a red giant, the star will explode into a planetary nebula, and all of the elements contained within the core will be released into the universe. The planetary nebula will then become a white dwarf. In the midst of space, was an element yet to be discovered by man; Iodine. When Iodine became discovered, it is the fifty-third element on the periodic table. Iodine was found by Bernard Courtois in 1811.
