Abstract: Colorectal cancer is the rectum tissue cells that become malignant transformation, the incidence of this disease increased year by year with the improvement of quality of life [1]. Irinotecan is a second-line method to teat colorectal cancer, the mechanism of action based on pharmacogenomic. In clinical practice, ethical issues have happened. The function of precision medical is to integrate genetic and environmental information, to classify a patient's subgroup by the sensitivity to the disease and the response to treatment [7]. Precision medical could enhance the relationship between genetic information and environmental factors to provide patients with individualized treatment. The safety and efficiency of treatment would be greatly improved. Imprecision medicine would gradually transform into precision medicine in future, like International HapMap Project and 1000 Genome Project [7]. The tense relationship between doctors and patients [17], the mismatching between professional competence and humanistic quality of medical workers [18] and the imperfections of ethical provisions may cause ethical issues. If hospital could enhance the humanistic quality education for medical workers, ease the relationship between doctors and patients and improve ethical provisions that ensure the benefit all parties, it can solve ethical issues better in clinical practice.
