In 2015, Obama announced precision medicine in his State of the Union address. The function of precision medical is to integrate genetic and environmental information, to classify a patient's subgroup by the sensitivity to the disease and the response to treatment [7]. Precision medical could enhance the relationship between genetic information and environmental factors to provide patients with individualized treatment. The safety and efficiency of treatment would be greatly improved. Imprecision medicine would gradually transform into precision medicine in future, like International HapMap Project and 1000 Genome Project [7]. This article discusses the ethical issues of pharmacogenomics of colorectal cancer in clinical practice involved in the patient, their family, medical practitioner, health insurance companies paying for the treatment, regulatory bodies and pharmaceutical industries. The issue of ethics is rules of conduct of medical morality. In every aspect of clinical practice there may be ethical problems. The tense relationship between doctors and patients [17], the mismatching between professional competence and humanistic quality of medical workers [18] and the imperfections of ethical provisions may cause ethical issues. If hospital could enhance the humanistic quality education for medical workers, ease the relationship between doctors and patients and improve ethical provisions that ensure the benefit all parties, it can solve ethical issues better in clinical practice. Ethical issues would update following the development because it is no ending
