Even a villain could transform into a hero. In The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini, that was portrayed throughout the novel through a character named Amir. In Amir’s early life, he was painted out to be the villain, however made up for it in his adult life. He goes on an unexpected task to make up for the sins and show that he is a changed man. In the adventure to Pakistan to save his half-nephew, Amir shows courage, bravery and other admirable traits to prove that he is no longer an antihero.
