Is Geronimo A Hero

Geronimo is known as one of the most famous American Indians in history; he was war chief and later on tribal chief of his Apache tribe. Although many have questioned whether this fighter is to be considered a hero, it is clear that Geronimo although fearless and courageous is no hero.
The night of the Kas-ki-yeh attack in summer of 1856, was the turning point of Geronimo. The loss of his wife, children, and own mother made him blood-thirsty for revenge. Geronimo’s hatred for Mexico after that attack was everlasting and at any opportunity he was willing to attack Mexico, trying to seek retribution for his broken heart.
