She was the niece and goddaughter of Salvador Allende. He was the former president of Chile.She left Chile and was found as refuge in Venezuela.
Isabel has many accomplishments now I'm gonna tell you a little bit about Isabel's accomplishments. Isabel is a very talented writer and she has made many books. And, has even made them in Spanish. She also, has many awards. I'm gonna give you so examples of books, movies, plays, and operas that she got awards on. Isabel got, Best novel of the year, best novel, and women of the year award.Some of her plays were, The Ambassador, The Ballad of nobody and The seven Mirrors. She has one opera called Dulce Rosa and 2 movies called The house of sports and Of love and Shadows.…show more content… Isabel is turning 73 years-old in August, Isabel Allende is one of the last active members of a talented generation of Latin women.Although this might sound weird Isabel always starts a new book on January 8th. She does this because while her grandfather was dying she wrote one of her first novels called the house of spirits. Isabel graduated from a private high school at the age of sixteen. She was a very talented student overall. Her books are mostly based off of her personal experience. She also, speaks fluent Spanish and English. Isabel has 2 kids one boy named Nicolás and a girl named Paula with a husband named Willie
