This year at JROTC I have been met with many challenges. All of these challenges have brought me to improving myself not just physically but also mentally, it also helped improve the people around me. I have seen this growth in my Success Profiler. The success profiler provides you with scores based on how you answer questions. The questions range from how you are as a leader, how you feel about yourself, and even how you think about yourself physically. I have seen many improvements within my success profile, but I also saw a decline in a few. At the beginning of the school year I wasn't the most reliable and I wasn’t the best with my time management which led me to come up short many many times not only with my grades but also with my out of school activities. …show more content…
That sparked my drive to get better with my time, and try to strive for what I wanted. Starting in the 2nd semester, I decided to try harder to do my assignments on time in order to get the chance to do the things other people were doing in their free time. As I took this second test for the success profile, I noticed that when I got the chart at the end, I had improved my time management. This was a big thing for me since in all my 4 years in High School, my time management has always been the best of me. For me it hasn't just been bad scores turning better, but its been good scores staying good. I see this with my empathy, it has always been a perfect score. Same as my self-esteem. I have always been an empathetic person, along with always feeling good about myself. Its been so easy for me to understand how people feel.
