Jan Merick was easily distracted and was impulsive. He showed escape behaviors (i.e. ‘hindi ko po alam’) during clinician-directed activities but was compliant most of the time (90% OTT). Behavior modification techniques such as modelling, cueing, and use of positive and negative reinforcements were used to manage his behavior.

Respectfully recommending the following to address the problems:
1. Counselling regarding the importance of the carry-over of goals at home to his parents and the patient
2. For dyad speech and language therapy, once a week, focusing on:
a. Rate reduction fluency shaping strategies during reading tasks and
