INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Jane Doe being a danger to herself and a gravely disabled adult. She was transported to the Huntington Memorial Emergency Room where she was placed on a WIC 5150 hold.
INVESTIGATION:

On 06-24-16 at approximately 1502 hours, I responded to the Chevron Gas Station convenience store located at 1400 E. Colorado Boulevard. A female Black, reportedly entered the convenience store and began eating food without paying for it (Jane Doe). Doe also urinated on herself while inside of the store.
