1. How do you think a friend or professor who knows you well would describe you? A friend or a professor would describe me an enthusiastic hard worker
2. What motivates you to put forth your greatest effort? Describe a situation in which you did so. Helping other and seeing them satisfied motivates me to put forward my greatest effort. There was a situation in the hospital that I work at where a lady had a problem with her bowels moving but I gave her a enema, push her stomach every three minutes, and made sure she had other things to help with her bowel movement. To make the long story short she eventually had a bowel movement and she thank me for not giving up on her and being in a smelly room. I felt that it was worth it because she was hurting for months because of that and now she was relieved and happy.
3. Describe a situation in which you had to work with a difficult person (another student, co-worker, customer, supervisor, etc.). How did you handle the situation? Is there anything you would have done differently in hindsight? Yes there was a situation where a lady I worked with had the nastiest and rude attitude. Every day she had an attitude with all of the staff member and everyone ignored her. One day I was having a horrible day and here she came with her rudeness. Before I knew it, I cursed her out and she stood there looking at me crazy. After all of the my coworkers looked shocked at the fact that I got out of character, one of them pulled me aside and said why did I do that and the reason they always ignored the lady was because she was bipolar. I said I didn’t care if she was tripolor, you shouldn’t be like that every day. I eventually became friends with her but when she starts having her attitude, I make sure I ask her did she take her medicine lol, but that is one moment that I wish I would have handled differently.
4. What two or three accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction? Why? One was when I became a mother to my three beautiful little girls. I never even thought I could have kids because before I meet my husband I tried and tried but could not get pregnant. Then my husband comes around and I do not try and it seemed to happen so fast and now we have three daughter but sometimes I feel that God works in mysterious ways because I believe that this was supposed to happen with him. Next was marrying my best friend of 8 years. Last accomplishment was when I graduated
