Summary: Jay Berry is a 14 year-old boy who is on a mission to catch a group of escaped circus monkeys. All of this started when Jay sees a monkey in the forest. When Jay finds out that there is a large award for the capture of the monkeys, he makes it a priority to catch them. Jay wants to use the reward money to buy a gun and pony. Jay tries everything to catch the monkeys, but they always prove to be smarter than what Jay thinks. The more that Jay tries and fails, the more frustrated that he becomes. Jay notices that the monkey’s seem to be being led by one monkey in particular. Jay hopes to especially catch this big money because he has the largest reward being offered.
