Jazmine Suvillan
An artist who lives in a world of R&B, Jazz, Pop and Reggae music sounds like a master of sound, melody and auditory senses. It is none other than Jazmine Suvillan who is allegedly known as the princess of Jazz-Pop world. From a very young age she was remembered by her parents to be compelled by Jazz music. Hence, it was just a matter of time till she grew into a goddess of vocal play and melodies. A mingle of Jazzy up-tones, Pop melodies, R&B rhythm and Reggae progressions, Jazmine Sullivan keeps on captivating hearts of music lovers.
Suvillan’s life was pervaded by music from a very young age. Although, later in her adult music career she delved into secular music, her childhood started as a child choir singer at the age of five. At that age she was engulfed by church music. Unaware of the world of secular music and whatever that was waiting for her.
Going back to her childhood would take us to the late eighties in Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, where she was born in 1987.
