On 24 November 2017 around 1500 we started to clean the office as a team. We were left with a fan which you and SPC Aldan were directed to take apart and clean the blade. When finished, I was going to release you both for the day.

At around 1630 when you and SPC Aldan returned to the office you both expected to be released for the day as I had promised. I questioned both of you as why when you were given a task to finish as a team only one person ended up doing the work, while the other person was socializing with other Soldiers. You immediately got defensive and started to talk over me with your hands on your hips and you only stopped and corrected yourself when I said "how about some respect". You looked around and went to Parade Rest and continued to be defensive and did not want to hear about why I as your NCO, was concerned. You

he thought "someone else did it" he also said "after training PFC Vega this morning I turned off the JCR and locked away the DAGR". At 1300 he had to rush and get ready for an unexpected mission to Guba which canceled. Prior to rolling out for a mission, SPC Aldan makes sure the JCR and the DAGR are both in good working condition. (see attached for the movement report SPC Aldan as Bullet 6d called in and canceled at 1330 on TD7). Since SPC Aldan was denying this incident, prior to giving me an answer that is nor true or accurate, you and SPC Aldan were directed to brainstorm and backtrack to see what really happed with the JCR and the DAGR on the night of 24 November 2017. You and SPC Aldan were quick to point fingers and blame me of framing him of this incident. It is your personal responsibility to safeguard all government equipment you are responsible/signed for and other valuable personal property and to reduce loss, theft, misuse, and damage of Army assets cost
