Jeffery Dahmar was an American Serial killer who committed 17 murders of men. Rape, dismemberment, necrophilia, and cannibalism were involved in his murders. He strangled most of his victims with a tourniquet, which is a rope or anything that it a circle then a thing that is put in the circle then twisted to tighten.
