NRS 306 Jessica LeeAnn Gilbert, 90, of Atlanta, died at 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 11, 2086 at her family home in Atlanta, Georgia because of natural causes.
Jessica Gilbert was born on September 11, 1996 in the Maquoketa, Iowa hospital. She then moved to Dubuque, Iowa to pursue nursing school. Jessica accomplished many great things in her lifetime, such as maintaining a 3.0 and higher GPA through college. After nursing school, she got married to her long time husband Angelo Lott. Jessica had no military service experience because she wanted to focus on being a wife and a mother. She was the daughter of Mike and Gayle Gilbert. Her and her husband would go to church every Sunday. They were apart of the St. Johns Lutheran Church in Atlanta, Georgia. She was apart of the choir and was very involved in the church. Jessica was apart of many civic memberships, such as giving blood and serving at many homeless shelters. She was apart of a Latino based sorority called Sigma Lambda Gamma. She pledged for the sorority during her second semester of her freshman year of college. Jessica enjoyed meeting and interacting with her sisters from all across the world. Jessica was apart of the YMCA club, where her and her husband went to workout very frequently. She was also very involved in the Boys and Girls Club to help many children stay focused and help them accomplish their dreams. Jessica had many hobbies that she was passionate about. She loved to play basketball with her husband and go to the Atlanta Falcons football games. She enjoyed taking nightly strolls with her husband. Jessica was very interested in being very present in her children’s life and making sure she could go to as many of their events as she possibly …show more content…
She has four wonderful children named, Angelo Jr., Reign, Ambrosia, and Jordan that are still living until this day. Jessica left behind fifteen wonderful grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Her younger brother Shawn Gilbert is still alive and going to miss his sister very dearly. Jessica was a great aunt to two nieces and one nephew that are living and taking care of their own families now. Jessica left behind her ride and die cousin that she did everything with. Katie Hall was Jessica’s partner in crime. Jessica had one true friend in life named Hannah Niemann that will miss her dearly.
