How Did You Start Health And Fitness ?
I was always into health and fitness my whole life. I looked up to the legends of body building such as frank Zane, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco columbu, and Greg Plitt. I always told myself, "someday I will look like these guys, gotta keep my eye on the prize". Once I saw my girlfriend compete and see how happy and amazing she looked on stage, it motivated me to go and compete.

Can You Give Us An Idea About Your workout Routine ?
My work out routine changes every few weeks. This routine Im working on now has me on a 5 day routine, 1 day off. 2 of my days are leg days, I am trying to build them up more my for my next show. All 5 of my work outs are lots of drop sets and super-sets. HIIT fasted cardio before my workouts in the morning. Abs I do hard every other day, and I super set them as well. …show more content…
My diet plan, is basic. Protein, carbs and veggies, and coconut oil for clean fat. My program right now since I have a photoshoot coming up is meal #1) 4.5 oz of protein, 8oz of carbs (which is fruit), and 3 oz of veggies and 1 table spoon of coconut oil. 2nd meal is 4.5 oz of protein, 4oz of carbs (fruit), and 3oz of veggies. For meal 3-5 its same but for carbs its with quinoa, sweet potato, or even oatmeal.
