Each year many job hoppers appear in the society, especially in the beginning of a year. Aimed at such phenomenon, some people consider that job hopping is good for certain occupations which need to stay at an always fresh and highly competitive environment or people who have enough capacity to change and adapt to a new job quickly, while other people endorse that candidates who change jobs frequently are easily refused by employers and they also need to spread more time in one job to get a better result. In my view, I heap praise on job-hopping.
