The Life of a Beekeeper Joe Fernandez is a fifty-six year-old man formerly from Michoacan, MX, but now lives in Lindsay, CA. Although he didn’t make it far in his education, he was able to reach the 8th grade. He stopped attending school in order to be able to work, so he could provide for his family in Mexico. His current occupation is an owner of a Beekeeping Company in Lindsay, CA. However, his business branches throughout California, including North and South Dakota. Joe did not need a degree to pursue his career in Beekeeping. But he informed me that not finishing school gave him extra years of experience of how to run a successful business of his own.
