Everyone has someone they look up to or a role model they wish they could be like. Someone who they admire or someone who may inspire them. We all have people like this it can be a family member or a famous person. Personally, my role models are John F. Kennedy, Jacob Berzelius, and H.G. Wells. I admire John F. Kennedy because of his persistence and dedication to his goals despite the numerous obstacles he faced throughout his life. Kennedy lived a childhood filled with successes, luxuries, and wealth he greatly succeeded academically in his schools, but tragedy happened when Kennedy was hospitalized and diagnosed with colitis which prevented from studying at times. Even though Kennedy had health problems, it didn’t stop him from pursuing his political career goals as he soon became the President of the United States. During his presidency the United States achieved better relations with foreign nations, the first men on the moon, and solved many domestics problems as well. Though Kennedy was assassinated, his ideals stuck around with America for generations which is why I look up to him. …show more content…
Berzelius went through through times early in his life, he had already lost both his parents by the age of 9 and ended up with a stepfather and 7 other siblings. However, that did not distract him from his studies in High School which soon lead to him to studying in natural sciences in Uppsala University. After his studying at the University he went to do a plethora of experiments to find the weight of atoms, he eventually did. Though he was quite a slacker at a young age he had exceptional intelligence and determination which is why I admire Jacob
