Wanting to make a difference is hard, but not impossible. In the graphic novel written by John Lewis, which elaborates on the topic of his early childhood experiences with racism and injustice, on page 28, we see Lewis preaching to the chickens on his family's farm. In this graphic novel, John Lewis uses faces, shading, color, and special lettering to present the emotions he feels towards the desire for change.
