In Mice and Men trial, George was proven as 1st degree murderer, a guilty man. Prosecutor side used Slim, coroner, and Candy as evidences to prove George’s guilt and defending side used Curley, Woman in Weed, and psychiatrist to prove that George is innocent. As a first evidence from prosecutor side, Slim was asked few questions about situation before the gun shot. They couldn’t answer few questions but they answered as much as they could. Next, coroners were up and were asked few questions about Lennie’s dead body. After, when it was Candy’s turn, the final idea from Candy’s answers was that George got influenced by Candy’s dog and Carlson, the one who shot the dog because the dog was useless. Now, from defending side, Curley was the first
