For more than 30 years the government-labour and conservative have made this a priority and in other to get services provided, they have adopted the process of outsourcing and marketising. Various changes to care commissioning services are a clear example of the involvement of the private sector.JSNA forms the basic structure for this commissioning and service delivery.
