NO! The material were tested in every environment traditionally encountered, however, there is not data on high temperature environment for an extended period of time, nor the amount of poisonous gas emitted if material is consumed in a fire above 800 is not enough information to halt the process but understanding if that amount will harm a person may be vital to the decision process. There should be more tested to answers questions related to the junior engineer’s memo.
6. Organization research is important to the outcome, however, too much research may hinder the organization and may cause bankruptcy. As the CEO, depending financial standing and how the competitor who implemented the change will hinder the company. But from the data gather, the change is required and needs to happen. If someone gets hurts, the company will take the hit in a possible lawsuit and the company’s reputation rating may decrease, however, worst case scenario, file bankruptcy, change the company name, and use the profit and make better decision.
7. Yes! The return outweigh the risk. If company in the same industry are not adapting to the changes, bankruptcy is foreseeable in the future. Samsung is a popular brand in the United State ranging from variety of products in the market today. Furthermore, the most booming industry today is electronic which relates to the phone segment. Samsung has established themselves as a main competitor in the phone sector versus the phone giant, Apple. Recently, Samsung introduced their new revised phone, the Samsung Note 7 which was launched ahead of schedule to beat the iPhone 7 release date. However, a problem occurred as two separate battery flaws caused some of the Note 7 phones to overhead and catch on fire. There were many question concerning if Samsung took a gamble or shortcut rushing the device’s launch which lead to the battery failure. However, Samsung did not focus on that topic in the report, rather, concentrated on what went
