He kept calling 911 and they would connect him to my cell phone and he kept asking me if I could let him talk to Debra. I told him as soon as we knew he was safe we would get Debra on the phone. He gets mad and hangs up and he then calls back and tells 911 that he has just killed his neighbor in his driveway and we need to come get him medical treatment. He was trying to get us to come to his house where he could kill law enforcement. We continues to talk to him and he told us finally he had not shot anyone and just before we were fixing to send in swat the suspect gave up and walked out to the rode and was arrested for domestic violence and for terroristic threats. He was placed in the Calhoun County Jail with a cash bond set at 50,000 cash due to the threats towards law
