Kathrine Belov is an amazing geneticist who grew up in Sydney, Australia. She did research on a lot of different subjects including, but not limited to, platypi, Tasmanian devils, and opossums. They were all very successful with their projects like categorizing platypus venom. Belov also became a specialist in Tasmanian devils to help research the cancer they were getting.
Belov is now 44 and still works hard everyday to help animals. Her career is still thriving, and she is making discoveries every day. Two of her most popular projects are her research toward helping to get rid of cancer in Tasmanian Devils and her categorization of platypus venom. She is currently still working on the Tasmanian Devil cancer problem, but she also has a lot of other smaller projects that she is doing on the side. She doesn't have a lot of family in Australia because, like I said, her parents immigrated from Russia, but she has tons of friends that treat her like
