Existentialism: A perspective through Kierkegaard
There are many ideas that shape the way we live our lives. These worldviews help give us a different perspective on how we see the world. Søren Kierkegaard is an Danish philosopher and poet who was seen as the founder of existentialist philosophy through his idea of subjectivity being truth.

Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.”
Existentialism is the philosophy emphasizing individual existence, freedom and choice. Its focus is to question human existence and that there is no purpose or explanation for existing. Therefore it believes individuals are entirely free to make choices
