King Henry V has the capability to make all of his men to feel valued and equal, even if they are clearly of varying status. His men feel like they are about to lose this battle, but King Henry makes them feel confident about the fight and makes them feel like they are strong. That if they stay united they can overcome that feeling and win this battle. King Henry V wants his soldiers to try their hardest instead of giving up after this long, they having been battling for awhile now, so why stop after this long. Before the battle, King Henry gives a speech, in one part he says “He that shall live this day, and see old age” meaning to his men that he believes his soldiers will live through this fight and live long enough afterwards to see old
