Those are, challenging the process, inspiring a shared vision, modeling the way, enabling others to act, and encouraging the heart. Moyers (2007) encourages occupational therapists to endorse the centennial vision and to utilize this period as an opportunity to demonstrate the value of the profession and secure our place in healthcare and society forever.
