In the story “Macbeth” there is quite a difference between the relationship of Macbeth and Lady Macbeth. Lady Macbeth was very manipulative and controlling in their marriage. Her action proved to be more violent and determined than her husband, Macbeth. Macbeth seemed to be brave audacious\fearless but sadly lacked confidence. It shows how their relationship dramatically changes after how they handle each other’s emotions. Although as the story proceeds Macbeths will to kill Banquo significantly increases while Lady Macbeth does the opposite. “This have I thought good to deliver thee, my dearest partner of greatness, that thou might’st not lose the dues of rejoicing, by being ignorant of what greatness is promised thee. Lay it to thy heart, and farewell.” (i.v.9-12). This shows how trustworthy the two were in each other which was quite unusual with the time period being in the middle ages. “Yet do I fear thy nature; It is too full o' th' milk of human kindness.” Lady Macbeth is much more brutal than her husband Macbeth she fears that people are too kind which shows why Lady Macbeth encouraged Macbeth to kill Duncan.
Macbeth senses that his wife Lady Macbeth is pushing him towards but continues to be faithful to his loving wife which shows that is the seeming to be the more impulsive character. Macbeth died by being beheaded by Macduff do to his actions and influences of his wife and his believe that he could not be killed by any man born by woman. Lady Macbeth commits suicide because she clouds herself with guilt of killing the king. Lady Macbeth gradually became more distinctive as the play went on.
