Both Hughes and Rose use writing strategies about their perspective on democracy however they both talk about their different opinions on democracy For instance Hughes wanted it to be equal for him and rose wanted everyone to have equal rights. Rose’s perspective on democracy is that democracy isn't being taken seriously. He uses his drama to show this when some people serve on jury want to finish the case so that they can get back to their regular lives.
