Omar Alali IFY 013 Fall 2014 Leadership Leadership is defined as the process in which an individual influences the group of individuals to attain a common goal. So there is no doubt that when I start thinking about a grate leaders the first leader come to my mind is His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, vice president, prime minister of UAE and ruler of Dubai. I chose him because his strong personality, clear vision and his successful achievements that lead UAE to become an important country in the world in a short time. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, has been leading the country to build its future. He accomplished lots of memorable achievements that will be written down in the history of the UAE. Before few years, Dubai opened the longest metro in the world with a total length of 75km, and the longest tower in the world called Burj Khalifa. Both of them entered the Guinness World Records. Also, under his leadership the economy increased in the UAE and its people gained the high standard of living. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid is lovable and well respected among people and I know that because when he visits any place he finds a massive welcoming by people. For example, when he visits my high school (ATHS) all students and stuffs want to meet him and express their happiness of his visit.
